Running a Presidential campaign has a lot of moving parts. Most of the focus is given to the hardest parts – raising money, getting endorsements, giving speeches, and winning debates. Less media attention is given to the technical side, the basics, such as getting enough signatures to appear on ballots. John Kasich’s campaign apparently didn’t pay enough attention, either.
It was revealed that there’s a challenge to his eligibility to appear on the Pennsylvania ballot. This is part of his “home turf” strategy to win this region of the country after winning his home state of Ohio. That he has to fight through technicalities before a judge to even be allowed to compete in the state is concerning.

While some question how he could have made such a foolish mistake, others are asking the more pressing question: why is he still in the race in the first place?
