On Wednesday a judge ruled that the Republicans had a right to challenge the healthcare law’s use of subsidies which they say needed congressional approval.
This comes as the House is threatening to file another suit against the Obama administration over the Iran Deal stating it never submitted side deals the administration struck with Iran during the negotiations.

The resolution to delay the Iran Deal was submitted Tuesday by Illinois Republican Rep. Peter Roskam, which would require the White House to submit the paperwork of the side deals it made with Iran and the IAEA. Roskam’s proposal passed unanimously.
