If you’re like the majority of American adults, you’re not doing yourself any favors when it comes to rest. Most of us sleep less than what is recommended by doctors and it’s really having its toll on both our health and productivity.
It hurts our heart. It makes us fat. It makes us ugly. These aren’t myths. They are proven scientific facts. If you’re one of those who sleeps 6 hours or less per night, figure out how to get more or risk the consequences.

Great info-graphic! From the variables you drew from the paper was great, however the bigger picture exists that there are underlying factors to the re-cooperative effectiveness of sleep most notably in the stress department.
